Terms and Conditions

  1. Please read through the Terms and Conditions of the products before booking. If you are booking for others, make sure the passengers understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions before booking.
  2. Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.
  3. Once the tour is confirmed and notified by our customer service, please complete the payment within two business days. Otherwise, the flight and accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
  4. For Package Deals, the flight tickets and accommodations cannot be used separately and are not transferable. No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
  5. Please present your voucher or booking confirmation and a valid ID with your signature to check in.
  6. Any passenger failing to appear on the day of departure and failing to join halfway will not be refunded.
  7. All product prices are tax included. Other services not specified on the booking confirmation like bellhop tipping, hotel laundry, drinks, telephone charges, excess baggage fees are tax excluded and should be paid by the passenger.
  8. Dragon Tours and Travel Inc. reserves right to delay or cancel the tour in case of unforeseen operational difficulties or due to force majeure on the departure date.
  9. Check-in begins at 3:00pm and checkout is at 12:00pm. If guests request early check-in or late checkout, please contact the hotel directly. Package Deals offer Standard Rooms, any additional requests like room upgrade, additional guests or extending stay, please contact and pay at the front desk when check in.

Products

  2. Organized Tours: Including roundtrip transportation, accommodations, tour activities, and part of the meals (some tours include roundtrip air fares). Tours escorted by professional tour guides allow you to enjoy the trip easily.
  3. Airline Tour Packages: Well-designed tours offered by the airline, including roundtrip air fares, accommodations, and part of the tour activities.

Change and Cancellation

  1. Once the booking is confirmed, the price should be paid. If guests need to change the itinerary for any reason, the difference should be paid or refunded.

Delivery

  1. Mail, Fax or Email: Passengers will receive the pre-departure orientation guide 3 days before the departure day. Some travelers will receive the flight tickets and the accommodation voucher according to the type of the tour.
  2. Pick up at the Office: Pick up according to the time our customer service informs.
  3. Express Delivery (paid by guests): Delivered by our collaborated company, pay upon delivery.
