Rates:  All rates are net, non-commissionable, in US$ inclusive of State and local tax which are currently applicable and subject to change without notice, unless reservations are confirmed in writing by Dragon Hawaii Tours

Booking & Reservations:    All bookings/reservations are subject to space availability and confirmation, and booking/reservation status will be replied within 24 hours, except weekends and public holidays.  In order to provide you with fast and efficient service, booking requests must contain the following:

1. Last names of passengers with first names or initials included
2. City and specific hotel name
3. Arrival and departure date
4. Number of nights
5. Special instructions or requests (non-smoking, garden view, ocean view, etc...)

Hotel Bedding:  Single room contains one bed, double room may contain one large bed for 2 people; twin room usually contains two beds; triple and quad rooms are confirmed based on existing bedding.  If a rollaway is required, there will be an extra charge.

Deposit:  In order to secure reservation, a deposit of 25% of the land arrangements is required at time of confirmation.

Payment:  Payment must be received in full prior to each client's scheduled arrival unless otherwise agreed upon.  Payment can be wired to:

Cancellation/Refund:  Deposit is fully refundable if amendment/cancellation notice is received by Dragon Hawaii Tours 30 days prior to client's arrival.  There will be a charge for cancellations based on following schedule:

• 29 days to 15 days prior to client's arrival - 50% of first night hotel room charge
• Within 15 days prior to client's arrival - 100% of first night hotel room charge

Liabilities:  Dragon Hawaii Tours acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, hotels, tourists officers and all other contractors providing services as such is not liable or responsible for any losses, injury or damages to property or person, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused, or whatsoever caused, or whatsoever expense arising due to delay, weather, accidents, political actions, strikes, government restrictions and circumstances beyond our control.
